24-hour advanced registration (sign-up and payment) required, so that we can prepare for the class well beforehand.

Click on each “Sign-Up to Attend” button to register for individual classes. Provide name(s) of the attendees if it is diffent from the name on the card.

A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants on the day of the class.

Requirements, Reminders and Suggestions for Online Classes
Important Requirements:
- Register 24 hours in Advance.
- Join 15 minutes prior to the start of class to set-up your mat and video.
- Have video on so that we can best take care of the needs of each practitioner.
- Complete an online registration and waiver form prior to the first class you attend.
- Agree to no recording of any kind.
To Setup Camera & Mat:
- As much as your space allows, please try to setup your mat and video angle in a way that is similar to the images below.
- Ideal camera placement is higher than floor level. (example: on a chair)
Reminders & Suggestions:
- To obtain maximum benefit from the class, please refrain from eating or drinking for about 2hrs before and after class.
- If possible, please wear clothing other than black or white so that the instructor can best see your asana practice.
- Ideally join from a device other than a cellphone so that you can easily see the demonstrator when needed while keeping the camera at a distance that allows your asana to be visible.
We are looking forward to having the opportunity to practice together soon.
