Class Information

• Open to all levels. 
• In all classes beginners are welcome.
    
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
• Bring a thick mat or towel.
• Come with an empty stomach. Recommendation is not to eat for 2 hours before and after class.
    
• The door opens 30 minutes before the start of the class.
• To avoid disturbing the class, you will not be allowed to enter late if the class is crowded.
   
• No pre-registration or reservation required.
   
• If you have an injury or special condition, please notify the instructors before class.
• If in doubt, please consult your physician.

REGULAR CLASS 2 hours WITH SRI MAHAYOGI Class Fee $23 will be announced 10 Class Card (11th class free) $230 will be announced
